Belgium customers come to visit our factory from 13th/Dec. to 16th/Dec.. They main visited the Air Duct Ceramic and Air Duct Powder Coating production line for big movable fans. And learn how to operate centralized control and install for ceiling fans.

Air duct ceramic process is in order to make the fans rust-proof. There are 4steps for this process.

1.Clean up the frame of fans in order to remove the rust by special Chemical liquid.

2.Clean the Residual chemical liquid on the frame of fans which remained on the first step by water.

3.Clean up the frame of fans in order to remove oil on the surface by special Chemical liquid.

4.Arrange the air duct ceramic to make the fans rust-proof.

To make the painting of fans are even and perfect. Air duct powder coating should be dry the fans by high temperature first. Secondly spray the powder coating even by air gun. Thirdly dry the fans by high temperature again.
